Exclusive Service for Direct Bookings: Guests staying at Lobs 1, Lobs 2, and Lobs 3 who book directly through The Lobs’ official website enjoy complimentary access to our winter shuttle service.

Each guest is entitled to one round trip every day during their stay.

Please note: Shuttle service is unavailable for guests at The Lobs, Lake Toya, as the service does not extend to this area.

Reservation Requirements: Shuttle service reservations must be made at the time of booking for all reservations, whether made through our official website or a third-party platform.

Shuttle Schedule:

• The Lobs 1 & 2 to Rusutsu Resort: 08:00
• The Lobs 3 to Rusutsu Resort: 08:10
• From Rusutsu Resort: 17:00

Please be advised: Shuttle service is only available at the scheduled times.  The schedule is subject to change due to operational, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
