• Identity & Deposit: A valid photo ID is required at pickup.
• Damage & Loss: Normal wear and tear is not charged. Damage, loss, or theft will be charged at repair/replacement cost.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 72 hours or more before start: full refund
  • 24–72 hours before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable
