Winter Season Rusutsu Resort Shuttle Service

Available Routes & Times (winter season)

• The Lobs 1, 2 & 4 → Rusutsu Resort: 08:00
• The Lobs 3 → Rusutsu Resort: 08:10
• The Lobs 5 → Rusutsu Resort: 08:15
• Rusutsu Resort → The Lobs (all properties above): 17:00

Service operates only at the scheduled times and may change due to operational needs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Eligibility & Inclusions

• Complimentary access for guests who book directly via The Lobs’ official website and stay at The Lobs in Kimobetsu.  The service is NOT available at Lake Toya area.
• Each registered guest is entitled to one (1) round trip per day during their stay.
• Not available for The Lobs, Lake Toya.
• Guests with reservations made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) who require daily shuttle service should email info@thelobs.com for details and assistance.

Reservation Policy

• Reservation required at the time of booking for all reservations (both direct and third-party) to ensure seat allocation.
• Changes are subject to availability and the fixed timetable.

Boarding & Punctuality

• Arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure.
• The shuttle departs on time and will not wait for late passengers.
• There is no coming-back service; the shuttle will not make additional trips outside the schedule.
• The shuttle will not return to the accommodation for forgotten items. Ensure you have all necessary gear before boarding.

Equipment, Luggage & Safety

• Consolidate gear (skis/boards) and secure poles and loose items.
• Keep valuables and travel documents with you; do not leave them unattended on the coach.
• Follow staff instructions, store equipment only in designated areas, and remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
