Welcome to The Lobs Four – a unique blend of heritage and comfort. Newly renovated in Oct 2025, this two-storey lodge offers 6 bedrooms (3 Western + 3 Japanese), 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The previous owner was a construction company president who used traditional Japanese woodwork techniques that are now rarely seen. To honor this craftsmanship, we’ve preserved the authentic tatami rooms while upgrading the home with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and free parking. Rusutsu Resort lifts are only 8 minutes away by car, making this the perfect base for skiing in winter or exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful nature in summer.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire two-storey building, including all 6 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living spaces, and laundry facilities. Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

The Family Suite, Room 102, is designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. Our 312-square-feet en-suite room features a brand new private bathroom complete with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a centralised heating system with floor heating to keep you warm and cozy throughout your stay. The bunkbed layout has received excellent reviews from families with kids. We provide premium linen and bedding, Nespresso and Panasonic Nanoe hairdryer.
